Holmegaard Kluk Kluk Decanter

A well-known piece of Scandinavian hand blown glass design, this Holmegaard “Kluk Kluk” decanter is made in smoked grey glass and stands 32.5cm high. Designed by Jacob E. Bang in the 1960s–1970s, it has that clean, considered shape that Danish glass is known for, with the form doing most of the work. The nickname “Kluk Kluk” (or “glug glug”) comes from the distinctive sound it makes when pouring, a small detail that has made it particularly memorable.
