Kosta Boda by Ulrica Hydman Vallien "Open Minds" Signed

Swedish glass artist Ulrica Hydman Vallien is known for her bold, hand-painted designs, with faces and expressive figures becoming a distinctive part of her work for Kosta Boda. This glass vase is from her well-known Open Minds series, with the stylised face painted by hand directly onto the glass. It is signed, is 18.75cm high and weighs approximately 700g. A particularly recognisable example of modern Scandinavian art glass.
