Royal Doulton "Cottage Series" 1929

Royal Doulton’s Cottage Series was popular during the interwar period, with its romanticised English country scenes appearing across a range of tableware and decorative pieces. Dating to 1929, this Cottage Series teapot is 13cm high and retains the characteristic rural decoration associated with the range. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, making it both a decorative and practical example of early 20th-century Royal Doulton.
