Wedgwood’s “Raphael” pattern dates from the late 19th century and reflects the richly decorated tableware popular during the Victorian period. This c.1895 covered tureen sits on its original tray and is marked “RAPHAEL ETRURIA, ENGLAND WEDGWOOD.” The tray is 19.75cm x 15cm. There are no chips or cracks, although there is some staining consistent with its age and use.
